We made a movie this weekend! It was part of the 48 Hour Film Project (https://www.48hourfilm.com) which is a great vehicle to give folks who want to make a movie in a weekend.
Pick up a camera. Shoot something. No matter how small, no matter how cheesy, no matter whether your friends and your sister star in it. Put your name on it as director. Now you’re a director. Everything after that you’re just negotiating your budget and your fee.

One goal of Wildframe Collective is to give people who are looking to make movies – whether as cast or a crew – a place to do it. And we did it.
